I Choose To Be A Nurse And I Am Proud Of It; Happy #NursesWeek By Kareem Oluwagbemiga
Date Posted: 07/May/2019
I Am A Nurse. I didn't become a Nurse because I failed jamb or because I failed MMBS(Dr) exams but rather I chose to be A Nurse because I love this Profession and I love almost every minute of it.
Nursing  is a Caring Profession focused on attaining, restoring and maintaining optimal health.
As a Nurse, I work to maintain my patient's dignity through intimate moments and a long time decision making.
As Nurses we view patients as family not as individuals, we assess, advocate and care for patients holistically.
We share in the joy of a newly born babies and miraculously cured diseases.
The fact is that, Nursing is very important as any other professions when it comes to delivery highest quality of healthcare possible.
Nurses learn compassion, love,  peace and more by performing our daily work.
We develop good communication skills and open hearts ? which make us more caring.
We became tolerant, and appreciate the diversity of all the people on earth.
Not many people are capable of doing what Nurses do, it has been Said that nobody truly know the importance of a Nurse until they need one.
Am a Nurse,  this wasn't my plan B but rather it is my plan A and I would gladly choose it again.
If you are a Nurse, then you should wear the tittle with pride.
Am Proud To Be A Nurse.
