The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) is Nigeria’s Premier Human Capital Development Agency. It was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in 1971 with the mandate of promoting and encouraging the acquisition of skills in Industry and Commerce.
The provision of adequate health care services for the good health of the citizenry is one of the key indicators for nation development. It is the yardstick for measuring economy growth and wealth which is anchored on the nation that health is wealth. This course is designed to expose nurses/midwives to modern management concepts and administrative principles for the operation of an effective and health care service delivery system
