THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 
1. To identify ways by which Nurses and Midwives can assist, support, promote and improve the Patient's right to quality Care through advocacy and effective Nursing Care. 
2. To formulate strategies for the protection and preservation of patient's Fundamental Human Rights in the course of seeking HealthCare from the members of the Health team (especially with Nurses and Midwives). 
3. To discuss issues militating against patients and care providers rights and privileges and proffering solutions that will guarantee HealthCare Consumers' satisfaction.
