JOB PROFILE: the position reports to the call center supervisor. the successful candidate will provide assistance to maternal and neonatal health care call center in gombe state. she will also implement recommended processess, tools and system for the call center. she will also ensure that quality services are provided to clients. will maintain a cordial and respectfull relationship by timely attendane to clients. and will follow up on asisgnments with sufficeient lead times as per the work plans. excellent commnication skills and willingness and ability to adjust quickly to multiple demands, shifts and complex situations are key attributes of this position.
QUALIFICATION: The desired candidate must be a NURSE/MIDWIFE or have a degree in the healh sciences/health education, must possess a minimum of two years experience. experience working in health education will be of significant advantage, must be computer literate and familiar with the NGO working enviroment, MUST possess the ability to speak english and hausa/fulfude fluently, abiliy to speak any other language in north east nigeria will be of added advanage. excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills are very important to this position
