About the course:
Health research plays an essential role in all stages of quality health care delivery from design through to evaluation. Health practitioners that will be relevant and successful in the 21st century must be skilled in health research and data management. Emphasis of this basic course is on research methodology and basic data management strategies.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THIS TRAINING:
To equip health practitioners of all levels with knowledge and skills required for conducting scientifically sound and acceptable health research and data management, asking the right research questions and answering them in a scientific manner thereby solving the problems facing the healthcare systems in Africa.

The faculty is made up of experts in various disciplines of health research methodology and data management.
DATE: June 9th –July 7th (Saturdays only) or July 9th -13th 2012 (weekdays)
COURSE FEE: the early registration fee (up to 5 days before the dates ) is 65,000naira. The late registration fee is 70,000naira (group registration of 5 or more will attract 40% discount. Numbers are strictly limited on a first come first served basis.
ACCREDITATION: this course has been awarded to CPD points by medical and dental council of Nigeria. Participants who complete the course will receive certificate of attendance.
